Labels

Today in Photography my teacher talked to us for about 20 minutes about labels and bullying. I know plenty of people who are being bullied right now and don't know what to do. I'm just going to put what he said in my own words.

We all are labeling other people whether we know it or not. We secretly are. Sometime we may not like that person so we put them on the list of people to stay away from. What we need to do is open up to those people who are outsiders to our secluded group of friends.

Wherever you live there is a thing called bullying. STOP IT!!! I hate it when people say that they are being bullied! I just don't understand why people can inflict mental or physical pain on each other. Don't be the person who sits there and does nothing!

Back to the labels. Those labels like jock, nerd, or just popular are only going to last until the end of high school. Don't worry about them. High school, or whatever grade you are in, is only a small percentage of your life. If you ever need someone to talk to know that I will answer your questions and help you. I love you guys and wish you the best on this journey though life. It gets better I promise. Good luck!
